Middle school learned how to serve at Mass

Last Monday, boys were trained to be altar servers and girls were trained

to read at Mass and to be sacristans.

Father taught the boys to do different positions of serving such as holding the cross, holding the book for Father, and holding the candles.

Hannah taught the girls how to set up for Mass. We learned how to dispose of any remnants after Communion using a sacrarium and what the different garments are. We also learned about the different chalices and patens.

We ended by singing and praying in the Adoration Chapel.
